We use multiple trusted courier partners in the UK (Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD and more) and we cannot guaranteed which service your order will be shipped with but we always use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items you have ordered.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm the same working day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following working day.

All orders will be sent out with a view of being delivered within 3 working days, regardless of courier,  majority of items are sent out on a next day basis.

Please note that Royal Mail nor our courier services, will collect from us or deliver on Bank Holidays.
